They sent me the wrong item so I rang customer services to make sure that I wouldn't be charged return postage. No apology - acted as though it was my fault!

Purchased two basic range summer sandals. Nice design and trim finish. Not made to last, but will take me through the rest of the summer. Purchased wide fit, but wouldn't call them a true wide fit, footed needs to be alot wider. But can make them work, as I also wear standard fit also. Nicely packaged and received in good time. As allways excellent service.

Recently ordered blue cropped trousers
Recently ordered blue cropped trousers, size 12. Received what I think was a beige top as didn’t open package, size 24 which I obviously returned. Asked for correct item to be sent by return. Had to phone two weeks later to enquire current status of order. Was told I had to reorder the original item. Really can’t be bothered. Have received reimbursement minus postage which I think is unacceptable when it was the fault of Kaleidoscope sending me completely wrong item. All recent orders received have been poor quality and I have returned the lot. Other ordered items are always out of stock and never received after having been kept waiting for up to three months.
I shall never order anything from Kaleidoscope again.

I recently ordered a long cotton nightdress in a marine colour. It looked very attractive in the picture. It cost nearly £40. It will be returned, material is awful and looks cheap, not worth the money. Very small around the bust area, although it was supposed to be a big size. Another cheap import!!!
Attitude stinks
Attitude stinks, nice products Shame about customer service. Quickserv line down no message telling you so, just keeps telling you to enter your number. Rang 0333 number and one of their CSAs answered with an attitude. Talked over the top of me, didn't listen had to repeat everything and all I wanted to do was pay my balance. No please no thankyou. Awful

I would advise anybody contemplating…
I would advise anybody contemplating using Kaleidoscope credit facilities to avoid them at all costs! They conduct the running of customer accounts without regard or care! In these days of swiftly changing circumstances and events individuals, who thro' no fault of their own, who are experiencing difficulties keeping up with the payments will find that this company is obdurate in resisting any rescheduling of payments and move swiftly to heavy handed threats! I know this because a closes friend is having big problems with this crowd inspite of being guided by the National debt line! STAY AWAY at all costs!

I have been a customer of Kaleidoscope for years and years but as of now I will not be ordering from them again. I needed to return some items but my order history has completely disappeared from my online account so I'm unable to generate returns or cancel items that I'm still waiting for. I tried calling Customer Services which sounded like a call centre somewhere abroad, only to be told that they don't deal with any online queries - I have to use the Chat facility on their website. I tried this and was instructed to log out and log back in again and clear my cache and cookies. This obviously didn't work so I was told to log in from a different device. Again, no joy (unsurprisingly) and I tried repeatedly to explain that my order history has completely disappeared which would have nothing to do with which device I was logging in from. I was then told to delete the app on my phone and reload it. Yep, you guessed it, this didn't make any difference either. At this point I gave up and I will not be placing any further orders. Having seen the vast number of negative reviews on TrustPilot it looks as though Kaleidoscope have shifted their operations overseas and it has all gone horribly wrong... Sorry guys but you just lost a very long standing customer and I would not recommend anyone buys anything from you.

Beware of being charged interest on…
Beware of being charged interest on outstanding amounts which you do not owe. This company tried to charge me interest on timely and fully paid invoices on at least 2 occasions. Their accounts department based in South Africa do not appear to know how to handle BuyNowPayLater payments. I was blamed for not stating that my payments were for BNPL although there were no other invoice amounts outstanding!! They were going to amend the account on both occasions but failed to do so. They also refused to send me the corrected statements. I was accused of being rude when I questioned their error and had my call terminated. The Agent refused to give her name, refused my request for a copy of the complaint which she promised to raise and refused to give me a contact to whom I could raise my issues. They do not deserve any stars for their diabolical non-customer service but Trustpilot does not allow the non-award of stars.

Had to wash item before trying it on
Nice top, reasonable quality but maybe a little overpriced. But the first thing I noticed when I took it out of the packaging was an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. I felt quite grubby after handling it and had to wash it before I could even consider trying it on.

2 May tried to order a dress but could not. Spoke to agent who told me my account was closed.
3 May tried to open a new account. Would not accept my email address saying I had used it before. Spoke to TJ who was very nice but still even she could not assist. So where does that leave me. Cannot use Kaleidoscope ever. Petty poor show. What has gone wrong I ask

High price, low quality
Have ordered on a number of occasions and no problems encountered. However, the prices they now charge far exceed the quality of the clothes. £49 for a shapeless, thin, short sleeve blouse is outrageous.

Do not trust these chancers
Do not trust these chancers. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Ordered an expensive computer monitor from them with delivery estimated 30-31. No contact from them apart from the order confirmation. Their website now lists the order as cancelled with no explanation. Could have advertised stock they didn't have?
Awful customer service
I have been a customer of this company for over 20 years and this last month their support has been awful. They refuse to believe an item has not been included in their delivery and I have now contacted them 3 times - all of which has been received with we will get back to you within 2 days. I am still waiting and the item has now appeared on my invoice.

Horrendous
This company will not even attempt to stop or cancel a delivery once placed. Somehow, I have 2 accounts linked to the same email address and I placed order with incorrect delivery details. Contacted the help desk immediately and they would not do anything, no method of contacting despatch teams and no advice as to what happens if an address no longer exists

Do not order from this company …
As stated on the reviews awful customer services they lie to you just to get you off the phone!! Given incorrect size and was told would revive item the next day. This was not the case at least 7 days to wait
Yes as stated data protection is being breached also
This company needs to be looked into by trading standards
